Judy is a Knoxville native who came home to Sevierville after years in Iowa, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Florida. She studied at Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts in Gatlinburg and The Studio School in Roanoke, and her watercolors have hung in juried shows from the Iowa State Fair to Fountain City Art Center.
